Stormwater Inspection Services
StormSpector's will:
As Federal, State and Local regulations tighten to meet stringent water quality standards, one Best Management Practice (BMP) that ensures the best water quality discharged from your residential or commercial development is regular inspection of the storm water facilities at your site. In current regulations, each developed site is required to provide mitigation for additional downstream flows due to increased impervious surfaces such as road, buildings, driveways and sidewalks. These detention and infiltration systems require periodic maintenance and inspection. Another aspect of current regulations is the requirement for water quality treatment of stormwater runoff from pollution generating impervious surfaces (PGIS). These water quality facilities can be in the form of bioswales, wetponds, filtration vaults, sand filters and more. Water quality facilities require more frequent inspection because if they malfunction, they can discharge untreated storm water and possibly polluted water downstream to the Rivers, Lakes and Puget Sound.
Inspection Services by StormSpector will include the review of all available documents, a site inspection of the facilities at your site and production of a report that will be in a format required by your storm water maintenance agreements. The report will include corrective actions that may be needed and resources for providing maintenance to your facility.
